Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 视频编码相关算法及专利的研究与优化；

2. 参与视频编解码器的开发与优化

岗位要求：

1. 精通C/C++，有良好的代码安全和代码规范意识；

2. 精通视频编解码原理，至少精通H.264/HEVC/AV1中的一种，并有2年以上相关开发经验；

3. 熟悉至少一种编码标准的专利授权流程，有视频编码标准专利相关工作经验者优先；

4. 在移动端有视频编解码优化经验的优先；

5 有强烈的进取心，很强的学习能力，良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神；
