Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

1.支持合同到订单交付的全流程，为前端销售提供交易支持，协助销售完成交易目标。

2. 及时准确的帮助客户经理解答各种疑难问题，满足其合理化要求，引导交易达成。

3.对客户经理服务充满热情，不断提升客户经理和最终客户的满意度，管理平台运营的各项相关指标。

4.对交易流程提出合理化建议，促进内部交易流程不断优化升级，满足公司业务要求的同时，尽可能压缩交易时效。

5. 从实际业务中提炼总结系统改善点，逐步完善平台系统开发，帮助实现供应链数字化转型。

任职要求:

1. 5年以上工作经验，有一定的项目开发管理经验，做过供应链数字化项目，有企业类客户商务流程服务经验优先。

2. 有清晰的思维逻辑和表达能力，能够从实际业务中提炼总结系统改善点，逐步完善平台系统开发。

3.有一定的编程能力，能够作编写SQL/Python语句调用数据库数据，对于PBI开发有所了解优先。
