Innova Solutions is hiring for a Lead Product Designer
Position type: Lead Product Designer
Duration: 3 - 6 Months
Location: Des Moines, IA
Required Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on UX and Visual design skills and command of common design tools, specifically Figma
• Strong visual design skills showcasing your ability to solve for complex problems in a delightful way.
• Ability to clearly articulate a strong design rationale; storytelling skills that compel stakeholders.
• Experience working within, creating and/or maintaining robust Figma-based design systems and pattern libraries.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes, dashboard design, and complex transactional design
• Experience designing effectively within a standards-aligned, Agile design environment.
• Experience working with digital design systems, contributing to style guides and delivering digital assets to development teams.
• Excellent verbal and communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a current online portfolio and CV/resume.
PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60 - $65 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
