The core teaching faculty will be flexible block schedule clinical rounding with residents. There is an expectation to occasionally provide lectures to residents on Wednesday half-day didactics. Participation/attendance at resident educational activities and journal clubs is expected. A hybrid model with a combination of academic and clinical shifts could be an option as well.
