Requirements Conditions of Employment MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard. Military Rank: Enlisted Compatible Military Assignments: 1N2X1C, 1N292, 1N3X1 (F, G, H, I, J, K), 1N4X2 This position requires military membership, compatible unit and Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) assignments, to include medical requirements of the position. Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. Must maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance level which is based on the position security access requirement. May be required to successfully complete a probationary period. For positions requiring the operation of motor vehicles, candidates must have a valid state driver's license. Participation in direct deposit is mandatory. Medical screening will be completed upon selection for hire. Soldiers who accept a technician position may be terminated from the Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP). This position is covered by the Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Amendment (30 Sep 96) of the Gun Control Act (Lautenberg Amendment) of 1968. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours; overtime may be required. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training which demonstrates administrative, professional, investigative, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evaluate and organize pertinent facts. Experience preparing clear and concise written reports. * Applicants must possess a TS/SCI security clearance. Current CI Poly preferred. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have experience developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operations. Experience in administrative, investigative, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluating and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports. Education Not applicable for this position.
