  • Location: Paris, France
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Start date: 15th of May 2025
  • End date: 14th of November 2025
  • Eligibility: Open to all BAC+5 // Masters 2 students who are graduating in 2025.

About the team :

We are currently recruiting energetic results-oriented sales professionals to join an established and diverse Sales team in one of the World's best workplaces. You will be working with some exceptional people to help Adobe build a strong vibrant brand! A strong passion for digital and Sales is a prerequisite for any of these roles, which can be the first step of a Sales Career Path within Adobe.

Interns will be assigned to the EMEA Retention Team based in Paris.

The challenge & your key responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Participate in market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client information.
  • Help with organizing and attending client meetings, calls, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Desire to help Sales Team capture internal Data and to ensure regular reporting.

What You Will Learn:

  • Understanding the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Practical experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Sales techniques and strategies in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
  • Developing interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:

  • 6-month internship starting: May 2024
  • Candidates should be pursuing a Master's Degree in Sales/Management/Marketing Digital
  • Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented.
  • Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the software industry and/or digital marketing would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French

What to expect from the recruitment process:

  • On-demand video interview.
  • Assessment day: (30 minutes panel interview + 45 minutes Soft Skills Interview with the Hiring Manager).
