Excited by the aerospace industry and the opportunity to contribute to the future of flight? Thinking about your future and interested in securing a 2026 internship or co-op this July? If so, our L.I.F.T. Summit may be for you! Leaders Innovating Flight for Tomorrow (L.I.F.T.) is an early-access GE Aerospace recruiting event!
Required qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Business, Digital Technology, Supply Chain, or related major.
- Degree completion on or after December 2026.
- Current cumulative GPA equal to or greater than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, without rounding.
- Permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Have not previously attended the L.I.F.T Summit and/or are not a current, previous or incoming GE Aerospace intern/co-op/full-time employee.

L.I.F.T. Summit: Leaders Innovating Flight for Tomorrow
The 2025 L.I.F.T. Summit will take place July 9-11 at GE Aerospace headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This event is co-hosted by the GE Aerospace Early Career Recruiting Team along with the GE Aerospace Employee Resource Groups: African Affinity Forum, Hispanic and Latino Alliance and Women's Network. Get a feel for our culture and meet our awesome leaders and team members in person. Be part of our mission to build the best workforce and leadership pipeline, and foster a culture based on respect for people.
This also includes early access to interview for a 2026 internship or co-op in the Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) - Engines, Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) - Systems, Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS), Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP), or Financial Management Program (FMP).
We will provide:
- Meals, transportation, and lodging paid by GE Aerospace
- Introduction to GE Aerospace, company learnings & site tours
- Professional skills development and insights for career advancement
- Networking directly with GE Aerospace Leaders
- Guaranteed Interview with hiring manager for a 2026 Internship or Co-Op
