Summary
About the position: Roadrunner Inn, Kirtland AFB, NM.
Filled as Regular Part Time (guarantees 20 hr/wk) employment category.
May be eligible for benefits such as Group Medical/Dental, Group Life, 401(k), and AFNAF Retirement.
No set schedule for this position; flexibility highly desired (schedules include weekends, holidays & may rotate often)

This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily complete a Tier Level 1 (T1) background investigation.
This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
This position requires the incumbent to lift/carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and continuously stand, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
No previous experience or training is required. Must be able to follow simple oral and written instructions and be able to use and or lightweight powered cleaning tools or equipment. Must be physically able to frequently lift and empty wastebaskets, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must be able to continuously stand, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.
Knowledge, Skills, & Ability (KSAs): Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions. Ability to use hand or lightweight powered cleaning tools or equipment. Ability to physically perform the full range of assigned duties.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Education
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does allow for education substitution.
FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.

U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation or a signed memorandum indicating the installation's decision on the 3-year residency requirement..
