Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical expertise or support in analyzing, coordinating, or administering the facilities, equipment, or property management program for ensuring compliance with established facility management policies and procedures. The salary range shown in the announcement represents all of the positions within the band, including GS-14 equivalent (high grade) positions. This is not a high-grade position: therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $151,870). You may be required to lift and/or carry 50 pounds or less, work at heights, climbing (e.g. ladders), stooping, kneeling or crawling. You may be required to board surface or submerged vessels.
