GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Work experience which includes: 1) interpreting and assessing program financial performance using standard financial management systems; 2) interpreting balance sheet and profit and loss statement results; and 3) the application of commercial budgeting techniques. All Qualified applicants will be rated against the highly qualifying criteria by a rating panel for evaluation of the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience and education. Those applicants determined to be highly qualified will be referred to the hiring official for consideration. The highly qualified candidates may undergo an interview and reference checks. HIGHLY QUALIFYING CRITERIA: 1) Proficiency with tools and software necessary to process financial transactions and analyze and report financial data (examples include: SMIRF, FMBS, Great Plains, EDM, SNACS/PRISM, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Power BI, Forms, Power Automate, etc.). 2) Experience conducting data analysis to identify trends and irregularities necessary to recognize inefficiencies and potential fraud. 3) Experience processing a high volume of financial transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.) with close attention to detail. 4) Working experience as a customer service provider. Education Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications or as a substitution for experience unless indicated in the vacancy.
