Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower band, NT-03 (GS-09/10) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector interpreting and applying security policies and procedures to identify and mitigate security threats for an Operational or Industrial Security program. Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
