EVALUATIONS:

Qualifications

Four years of experience in Project Management in the construction field which demonstrates experience with Construction Project Management methodologies and principles. Experience in cost estimating of facility components. Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and initiatives to achieve multiple business objectives. Experience that demonstrates a deep understanding and working knowledge of successful business practices.

Skilled in preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and IGEs for various types of facility projects. Familiar with Government procedures, knowledge of the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and the International Building Code (IBC) is highly recommended. Knowledge and experience with intermediate level computer skills is required (word processing, spreadsheets, database software, and computer drafting/architectural programs AutoCAD), Microsoft Project software, RS Means and/or other cost estimating software. 

Ability to analyze project specifications, proposals, construction plans, and other related materials. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Demonstrated experience compiling and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and develop statistical or narrative reports, charts, and graphs. Demonstrated experience to communicate well with all organizational levels in a manner that is appropriate and understandable to their role. Skill and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; to prepare and present recommendations and solutions regarding issues based on analysis and evaluation of proposals.

Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MR/MF policy.
