Summary This position is located at DFMWR Headquarters at Fort Liberty, NC. PCS costs are authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest. Subject to the satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para. 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required Required to file a Confidential Statement of Affiliations and Financial Interest in accordance with requirements of DODD 5500.7 Joint Ethics Regulation Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R, Joint Ethics Regulation Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Work experience directing/managing one or more DMWR Business Operations activities for a garrison, or similar civilian operation, for at least one year. Highly Qualified Criteria: Within the last three (3) years, demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and coordinating multiple NAF Business/Recreation programs at the branch/division level (Garrison/Region/HQ). Within the last three (3) years, proven expertise with contract management and/or performed Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) functions in support of revenue generating programs and services. Possess a professional membership/certification in a field of relevant expertise (e.g., Leisure and Hospitality, ServSafe, BPAA, PGA, ASE). In order to be considered for the highly preferred criteria, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the high preferred criteria. In addition, some individuals may also be authorized Temporary Quarters Subsistence Expenses (TQSE). Allowances, differentials, or incentives will not be paid.
