3D Artist

Job Description:

As a 3D Artist specializing in high-volume product rendering, you will play a pivotal role in creating photorealistic 3D renderings of various products for our wide variety of Partner brands. You will collaborate closely with our 3D Content Director to produce high-quality imagery that accurately represents the brand’s products and showcases the products in the best possible light. Photorealism is a MUST for image standards across ecommerce platforms. We work with a wide variety of different brands so comfort with 3D modeling anything from simple pill bottles to a complex mechanical device is a must.

Core Responsibilities / Job Duties:
• Utilize your expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to produce lifelike product visualizations within
tight deadlines
• Work closely with the 3D Content Director to understand project requirements, brand guidelines, and specific product
features
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and
quality
• Create and manipulate 3D models, textures, and materials to achieve realistic and visually appealing results
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in 3D rendering and visualization to continuously enhance skills and techniques
• Communicate effectively within the team via Asana, providing updates on project progress and actively participating in creative discussions

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, photo-real product renderings
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3Ds Max) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Arnold)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. (Specifically Photoshop, and Illustrator - Adobe Substance a plus)
• Solid understanding of product design, materials, and lighting techniques to create consistent, realistic visualizations
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle high-volume rendering projects
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional visual results
• Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment and convey creative ideas clearly
• Knowledge of post-production techniques (compositing, color correction, etc.) is advantageous
