Summary This position is at the U.S. Botanic Garden (USBG). The USBG is a public garden in the legislative branch and was established by Congress in 1820. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level.  Candidates for the GS-13 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower (GS-12) grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates the following: Planning, developing, organizing, administering, evaluating and coordinating a comprehensive safety and occupational health program Conducting workplace hazard assessments and incident investigations. Delivering safety related training and technical guidance. Applying knowledge of PPE, environmental regulations, and emergency management practices.
