QUALITY ASSURANCE EVALUATOR (TRAINER)

Summary This is a NAF position with the 17th Force Support Squadron, located at the Angelo Inn on Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas. This position is considered Regular Part-Time (RPT). You are guaranteed 20 hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours/week. You may be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. Qualifying Experience: Must have experience in the operational management of a civilian or military lodging program. This experience must have included supervisory responsibility, ( i.e., team leader or higher of at least one functional area such as housekeeping, Guest Services, etc.) sufficient to demonstrate skill and knowledge in such areas as team building, customer service, staff scheduling, financial management, and human resources. Must have the ability to train or have experience which shows potential to train others. A baccalaureate degree in hospitality or business desired. Must be able to read, speak, and write English. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier-1 background investigation. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
