Assistant Night Manager (NF-02)

Summary McCoy's is the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy. This large facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community. Requirements Conditions of Employment Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. A one year probationary period may be required. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required. Successfully complete all required background checks to include a health screening. An annual health screening will be required throughout employment. All local background checks will be re-verified every 5 years. Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license to drive government vehicles to make bank runs and for outdoor events. Uniforms and name tags are provided and required. Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty. Seven-day operation and shift will primarily be evenings and weekends. Shift may vary due to mission, nights, weekends and holidays are required. Qualifications Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Must have cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
