Summary This position is located at Ft. Bliss Youth Sports and Fitness. This announcement may be used to fill additional vacancies throughout the program. Requirements Conditions of Employment Proof of education is required at the time of application. Good mental and physical health, freedom from communicable disease (verified through physical examination). Immunizations must be current including annual influenza vaccinations. Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check. Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required. All required background checks of AR 215-3 and the Crime Control Act must be successfully completed and maintained, including Child and Youth National Agency Check with Inquiries (CNACI). A current health assessment is required. Immunizations are required including annual flu vaccination. Vision sufficient to execute job requirements. Physical demands: Stamina sufficient to stand, walk, run, or squat for long periods of time commensurate with the sport to be officiated. The employee must occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs (heavier items with assistance). Substantial knowledge of the rules of the sport to be officiated as evidenced by documented training sessions or seminars that instructed specific rules and regulations, or extensive experience coaching and/or playing the sport which would have provided the same level of knowledge.or 2. Possession of a valid license or recognized national association credential or certificate for sports officials.* 3. The ability to communicate in English (both written and verbal) *Specific certification, license, or credential may be required by individual states, municipalities, or installations.
