Job Description

Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Comptroller Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. This position provides administrative support to the Comptroller and Deputy Comptroller in the Philadelphia office. #LI-NAVSUPWSS Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen. Qualifications GS-09:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with administrative management and technical support duties which may include calendar/scheduling maintenance, travel planning, office supply management and preparing correspondence. Examples of specialized experience may include some or all of the following: 1) Assisting with the preparation of travel vouchers following prescribed procedures; 2) Maintaining daily calendars and scheduling appointments and briefings; 3) Reviewing incoming correspondence and directing to correct personnel; 4) Reviewing and disseminating incoming mail; 5) Participating in meetings, working groups and liaising activities. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative management and technical support duties which may include calendar/scheduling maintenance, travel planning, office supply management, and preparing correspondence. Examples of specialized experience may include most or all of the following: 1) Preparing travel vouchers after determining purpose of trip, mode of travel and funds available; 2) Maintaining daily calendars and scheduling appointments and briefings; 3) Preparing outgoing correspondence, executive summaries, and policy interpretations; 4) Reviewing and disseminating incoming mail; 5) Coordinating and participating in meetings, working groups or liaising activities.
