UPMC Hamot located in Erie, Pennsylvania is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Nephrologist
to work alongside a transplant nephrologist at an established practice.Erie is an ideal destination

only kidney transplant program in the region, UPMC Hamot provides a patient-centered approach to
care throughout the entire transplant process. UPMC Hamot works closely with the UPMC Kidney and
Pancreas Transplant Program of the Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute, therefore, patients
