BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years old AND have graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school; OR have completed a formal vocational training program; OR have received a statement from school authorities agreeing with preference for employment rather than continuing education (Valid documentation will be required upon hire).
Prior to employment, must successfully complete background check.
Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekend, holidays and nighttime.
Must be able to perform prolonged standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
Must complete Cash Handling Training Course before handling fund and Refresher Course once per year.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Six months of cashier experience preferred.
Must have knowledge of basic cash handling procedures and business mathematics, be familiar with currency and negotiability requirements, and be able to operate a cash register.
Knowledge of routine office procedures in food service business.
Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills orally and in writing.
