Summary
McCoy's is the central hub of activity at Fort McCoy. This large facility includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling Center, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. The McCoy's Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft. McCoy Community.

Requirements
Conditions of Employment

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a physical.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Possess and maintain the physical ability to lift, carry and pull items or carts weighing 20-40 pounds, walk, bend, and stoop and stand on a routine basis.
Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to inclement weather, heat, cold, and dirty conditions.
This is a 7-day operation, work schedule will vary based on the needs of the activity. Nights, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume.
Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean, and to communicate both orally and in writing.
Highly Preferred criteria: All answers to the HP criteria must be visible in your resume to get credit.
1 years of custodial, janitorial or general maintenance experience
Experience using commercial cleaning equipment
Education

PCS Costs
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
FWS Allowances and Differentials
This is a federal wage schedule (FWS) position.
All FWS employees are entitled to overtime work for work in excess of 8 hours in a day or in excess of 40 hours in the administrative workweek, whichever provides the greater benefit to the employee.
Regular full-time, regular part-time (to include those in a limited tenure appointment category) and regularly scheduled flexible employees are entitled to Sunday premium pay when working Sunday shifts. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 7.5% for the entire shift when a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 1500 and 2400. A FWS employee will be paid a night shift differential of 10% of the scheduled rate if a majority of the employee's regularly scheduled non-overtime hours of work occur between the hours of 2300-0800.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will not be paid.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
