Qualifications Ability to understand and follow oral instructions and do simple tasks that are easy to learn. SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE: Must have knowledge of basic food handling techniques, personal hygiene standards and safe work procedures. Must have the ability to perform routine manual tasks involving few steps, and be able to read and understand written material. Must have knowledge of basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
