650K+ ENT | Coastal Delaware | Phone Call Only, 6 Weeks PTO

The Position:
• General ENT
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 1:3 at home, phone call only- very infrequent calls
• Beautiful outpatient office with brand-new campus opening in 2026
• Option for 4 day work week

Compensation Highlights:
• 475K base, up to 624K with RVUs+ 50K Sign On
• Excellent Benefits including: Health, Malpractice, Retirement, CME Allowance, etc.
• 6 Weeks of PTO
