Must have or be able to obtain a current American Red Cross First Aid and CPR/AED training certification. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. Qualifications Must have knowledge of and experience in a wide variety of Outdoor Recreation pursuits. Applicants pursuing a degree in Recreation Management, Outdoor Recreation, or a related field, and in the process of completing an internship or field work program will be considered highly qualified. Best Qualifying Criteria: - Experience in a combination of rock climbing, hiking, paddle-sports, snow-sports - Professional certifications in a combination of rock climbing, hiking, paddle-sports, snow-sports - Experience with the Rectrac Point of Sale system - Experience in instructing outdoor recreational sports Referral lists are based on the qualifications stated in the job announcement. Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
