Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-01/04) or pay band (NO-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience shows the ability to 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Planning and organizing work and; 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.
