Physician Assistant - General Surgery Opportunity

St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Samaritan Hospital General Surgery team located in Troy, New York. The Surgical PA will work with surgeons in General, Bariatric, and Urology surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic approaches.

Position Details:

• First assisting, admissions, and rounding on the campus of Samaritan Hospital.
• Schedule: One 16-hour shift followed by on call for OR, admissions, consults and floor calls from home (approx. 24-hour shift), and three 8-hour shifts.
• Weekend shifts are 1:4.

Interested applicants should have the following:

• NYS licensure and DEA required.
• Graduation from an AMA approved program, Board Certification.
• Experienced PAs or new grads encouraged to apply.

• 15k Bonus (5k Starting, 5k Retention, 5k Relocation available *if live outside 50 miles of SPHP)
• Competitive base salary range $125,000 - $143,000
