Description Specialization:Cardiology Heart Failure and TransplantJob Summary:Midwest Heart and
Vascular Specialists are seeking a fellowship-trained heart failure cardiologist to join a large
employed cardiology practice based in Kansas City.Qualified Candidates:
2025 new graduates are
encouraged to apply Ideal candidate will be proficient in heart failure evidenced through completion
of heart failure fellowship or 2+ years experience with clinical focus in heart failureOpportunity
to develop an advanced heart failure program at Research Medical Center in partnership with HCA
Midwest Health in Kansas CityBoard certified or board eligible in heart failure & cardiology
Eligible for state licensure in the states of Kansas and Missouri Call rotation 1:4Â or
betterProficient in echocardiography including TEEHybrid of a community/ academic practice, with
teaching and clinical research opportunities
