Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Little Rock Air Force Base lodging facility - Air Force Inns. This is a Regular Full-Time position with can be scheduled (35-40 Hours a week). This position requires the incumbent to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical. This position requires the incumbent to possess a valid driver's license. This position has been identified as a Test Designated Position (TDP). The incumbent of this position will be subject to and must consent to a pre-employment and random drug testing. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible experience in supply work which provided knowledge of rules, regulations, procedures, and program requirements of the local supply organization and the organizations serviced. Knowledge of supply inventory and accountability procedures and regulations. Knowledge of purchasing and accounts reconciliation/balance. Experience must have been sufficiently demanding to demonstrate the ability to apply basic analytical methods and techniques to resolve supply problems and/or deviations from normal supply management procedures or program requirements. Knowledge and ability to perform a range of standard clerical assignments and to resolve recurring problems. Knowledge of SAIS, Wide Area Workflow, and IBPS or comparable purchasing and reconciling systems. Typing skills are required. Must be able to communicate orally and in writing. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. Additional information Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
