productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income
potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $167,000 to $196,000 annually with no
cap on productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.About the
Role:Â Provide primary care services within a post-acute care setting, conducting rounds 3-4 days a
