Summary This position is for Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) at Fort Drum, New York. FMWR includes Child and Youth Services, Business Recreation, and Support Services, which enable Soldier readiness, support the resiliency and well-being of Soldiers and Families. Qualifications Qualified candidates will possess the following: a Master's degree with a major study (minimum of twenty-four (24) semester hours) in any of the below fields: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management OR possess two (2) full years (60 semester hours) of progressively higher level graduate education leading towards a masters degree with at least twenty-four (24) semester hours in one or more of the following fields: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, technology management OR possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience in system installation and programming experience sufficient to demonstrate knowledge in the following: Information Technology (IT) theories, principles, concepts, standards, and methods; AND IT policy and planning concepts and practices; AND interrelationships of multiple IT disciplines; AND methods, approaches, and practices for managing communities of interest involved in development, AND implementation of IT architectures, investment planning, e-government, and other IT related legislative and policy initiatives.
