We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive with experience in auto and personal lending to grow PayNearMe’s presence in the lending sector. You’ll be responsible for driving sales of our payment solutions to lending institutions, fostering relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.



Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage lending prospects through targeted sales strategies, presenting tailored payment solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at lending institutions, aligning our offerings with their needs.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing 3-4 agreements per quarter.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, lending regulations, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
  • Extensive experience in the bill pay or payments industry, with a deep understanding of payment processes and solutions for lending institutions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales within the auto and personal lending industry, with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending processes, payments, and the regulatory landscape specific to the auto and personal lending sector.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, leveraging data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software, including the ability to manage pipelines, deliver accurate sales forecasts, and track performance metrics.
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships with decision-makers at lending institutions, aligning solutions with their needs and objectives.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and lending regulations, ensuring sales strategies remain relevant and effective.
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.


Additional Information

Location: Flexible/Remote (within the US)

Salary Range: $75,000 - 125,000 (base salary)
Variable: $100,000
