Each division has dedicated Account Managers focused on just their product/service within their division enabling us to bring the highest service level combined with the most experienced product knowledge in that vertical.

Job Description

Assist in areas when directed and provide support to assigned book of business by:

  • Internal and external customer sales support.
  • Work effectively with sales team and cross-functional departments.
  • Customer service via email and phone.
  • Manage e-commerce and SaaS based websites.
  • Process orders for fulfillment/shipment of items outside Global Reward Solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed daily status reports on all active projects.
  • Provide campaign specific reporting and results to internal team and clients.
  • Maintain ownership of all projects and processes.
  • Work with clients to execute digital communication plans – email, newsfeed, etc.
  • Conceive, create, and develop insightful process solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of the program design, development, and test phases.
  • Attend scheduled status meetings from pre-launch through program launch, and ongoing programs with client and company stakeholders.
  • Reinforce program value to clients through KPI reporting.
  • Create and maintain customer and program summary and process documents.
  • Execute Engagement reviews on a set cadence to show ROI.
  • Manage billing processes using program reporting, Microsoft Excel, and ERP reconciliations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Possess a BA/BS preferably within marketing, communications, or a business-related field.
  • PC proficiency; experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Have a basic understanding of accounts payable/receivables.
  • Experience in a client-facing project management role, SaaS experience highly desirable.
  • Prior recognition/engagement experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to formulate and implement project plans, project timelines, and budgets while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and assignments based on business needs.
  • Excellent organization and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team and maintain a positive attitude.
