Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.
- Experience in managing a book of business, client stakeholders and business pipelines.
- Experience in managing and optimizing through any of the Platforms: Google Ads, DV360, SA360, and proving business impact through GA360 or Campaign Manager.
- Experience working cross-functionally, internally and externally, toward a strategic plan.
- Experience in Performance driven clients (e.g., retail, finance, apps), and in managing apps performance campaigns.
- Ability to manage a diverse account portfolio, with multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison with customers regarding product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Provide campaign updates and optimization recommendations to ensure that advertisers are satisfied.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis, and recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to customers.
- Manage customer training in all Google Ads-related tools.
- Report on business growth figures internally and take ownership with the leader of the managed segment.
