Reporting to the Senior Team Manager, Account Management, we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to develop, execute, and own a long-term Account Plan and strategy to drive value for customers and Similarweb alike. You’ll oversee the retention and expansion of a Book of Business consisting of some of our top accounts in addition to driving the adoption of existing, new, and upcoming strategic solutions across the business. You’ll own the relationship with customers and key decision makers, helping them to reach key business initiatives and KPIs by leveraging our expansive product suite and custom consulting.

 What you will do: 

  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the world
  • Continue to drive consistently high renewal rates by negotiating commercial discussions and ensuring customer value
  • Identify and lead expansion opportunities to drive incremental business growth through multi-threading and team collaboration to develop a strong and robust pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to manage account users to increase product adoption and continuous engagement 
  • Build and maintain client relationships with Senior Leadership to drive material impact and ROIfrom Similarweb’s solutions and adapt to client priorities

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with: 

  • Strong understanding of how digital trends and metrics impact businesses across multiple stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience negotiating renewals and sales (SaaS background preferred)
  • Ability to manage 10-15 large multinational accounts and coordinate amongst multiple stakeholders from daily platform users through the C-Suitel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical business acumen that help drive insights-based presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, identify customer pain, confidently handle objections, and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience closing direct client sales and/or account management with growth KPIs, and demonstrated success running complex consultative sales processes with large organizations across multiple stakeholders. 
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with senior leadership at all levels of client organizations.
  • Deep understanding of long-term value drivers in ARR business models
  • Team player  that can effectively interact and collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional partners across the company
