Job Description

The Role
We’re growing fast, and so is Wolt Drive—our express delivery solution for businesses. Wolt Drive enables retailers, e-commerce stores, and local businesses to offer fast, reliable deliveries to their customers.
As our Account Specialist in Thessaloniki, you’ll be the driving force behind Wolt Drive’s success in the region. This is a highly independent role where you’ll take full ownership—identifying new business opportunities, bringing in new partners, and ensuring their success on our platform. What You’ll Be Doing

Sales & Business Development – Proactively reach out to and onboard new Wolt Drive partners, helping them unlock the potential of express delivery.

Partner Onboarding & Training – Guide new partners through setup, ensuring they’re fully equipped to succeed.

Account Management & Growth – Maintain strong relationships with partners, identifying ways to optimize their performance and drive more sales.

Operational Excellence – Work closely with internal teams to improve logistics, solve challenges, and enhance the partner experience.

Marketing & Promotion – Support partner campaigns that boost sales and engagement.
Qualifications
-
-3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or logistics.

A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working independently and owning results.

Passion for last-mile delivery, logistics, or e-commerce.

Strong sales instincts with the ability to build relationships and close deals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-
Fluency in Greek & English.
Experience with software implementation or logistics platforms is a plus!
