Summary:

IPConfigure is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as an Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and other related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions and ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, and collections.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct) preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
