Work with Visa Managed Services:Â
Visa Managed Services (VMS) is part of Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), the externally facing strategy consulting group of Visa. We draw on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, and industry experience to develop fact-based recommendations to improve client performance. Â
The VMS team is all about delivery, implementation, and execution. We create squads of delivery consultants to embed within our clients’ organizations to help them deliver better results, faster. Managed Services is a fast-growing area of the Visa business where our people are the product – and the priority.Â
This role will be under VMS to partner with our client, a major bank to deliver on their growth ambitions in Commercial Cards. Â
About the role Â
We are looking for a passionate Acquisition Manager to join and work within a team responsible for the management of Commercial Card products for one of our largest major bank strategic partners.
Based in our strategic partners amazing, state of the art office in Melbourne, you’ll be responsible for leading customer acquisition and engagement initiatives, working cross-functionally to deliver growth across the Commercial Cards portfolio.Â
What you will be doing:Â Â
Define the Commercial Cards portfolio strategy, with a focus on acquisition and portfolio mixÂ
Leverage data analysis and insights to support strategy development by understanding ongoing portfolio performanceÂ
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Assurance and other value chain functions to plan for initiatives and campaigns to drive growth in the portfolioÂ
Support the end-to-end execution of the identified initiatives and campaigns Â
Analyse portfolio and campaign performance to iterate on the strategy and ensure focus is on the right areas of the businessÂ
Oversee portfolio governance including budgeting, timelines, and resource managementÂ
Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:Â Â
6+ years experience in an acquisition or product growth roleÂ
Experience in and passion for payments and banking Â
Prior experience in managing products or leading growth initiatives is a major plusÂ
Experience working in cards portfolio optimisation will be favorably viewed Â
A proven track record of delivering projects to time, within costs and to the highest qualityÂ
Working cross functionally with internal risk and legal teams to deliver flawlessly Â
Tertiary/post graduate qualifications in relevant field Â
