In this critical role, you will ensure efficient office operations by providing administrative support and managing front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

What You'll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating future needs and placing orders as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Support senior staff as needed
- Calendar management
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent educationÂ
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Experience scheduling and managing multiple calendars
- Experience booking travel and logistics
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
