Job Summary :
The Data Operations Administrator will ensure Trade supplier data is received, ingested, and approved for use in the data supply chain.
Essential Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the process by which Trade information is transferred and ingested into D&B databases.
- Perform quality checks and analysis on data, and ensure information passes quality controls and standards.
- Leverage technical skills, such as JCL and SAS.
- Ensure information flows into the system by contacting data suppliers who are latent and manage the expected compliance of the information.
- Support incentives by executing programs to provide deliverables.
- Partner with Trade team members to manage a customer portfolio and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
Education and Experience :
- Education : Associate's Degree
- Preferred/Required : Preferred
- Years of Relevant Experience : 0 to 2 years
Essential Skills and/or Certifications :
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. JCL, SQL, JIRA, SAS or Power BI helpful.
- Self-starter with the ability to work under own initiative, prioritize own workload and deliver in line with strategic objectives.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Show an ownership mindset in everything you do, be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
