About the department
DD&IT IT GBS is the unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. FLGS- IT -SAP has systems which support finance, legal and procurement processes in Novo Nordisk. The Position
As a SAP Concur, you will be responsible for Concur Expense System at Novo Nordisk covering maintenance and support spanning multiple company codes and multiple countries. Concur Expense supports the handling of all types of travel & entertainment expenses as well as ordinary cash out-of-pocket expenses in Novo Nordisk. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

• Participate in System operation and maintenance in IT System Management.
• Into Concur Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration management, test coordination/ validation, project work /implementation / Roll out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters in relevant field with total of 8+ years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP Concur implementation.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP Concur credit card integration.
• Preferred Financial service and Pharma industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communication.
• Ability to represent NN in relation with users and external stakeholders.
