Lee Health has an exciting opportunity for a physician fellowship-trained in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant.  The right candidate will be Board-Eligible or Board-Certified, highly engaged in program development, and eager to provide on-going education to patients as well as peers.  Thru our collaboration and affiliation with Cleveland Clinic-Florida, we have built partnerships to facilitate surgical support for this program while working directly with patients locally on mechanical circulatory support, rapid diuresis, medication management and patient education.
