Base Salary: $120,000 (2-year guarantee) with potential Value-Based Incentive

FTE:1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: M-F

Position Summary

Requirements

• Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
