You will report directly to ourProduction Supervisorand you’ll work on-site at our HoneywellTorrance, CAlocation. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations FAA REQUIREMENTS All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). The DOT/FAA regulations require all employees, regular and temporary, in safety-sensitive positions, to be included in the Honeywell Anti-drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Plan. The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates. YOU MUST HAVE • 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication. • Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding. • Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. • Proficiency in using welding equipment and tools safely and effectively. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.WE VALUE • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the aerospace or industrial sectors. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Welding certifications are a plus.ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
