We are looking for a collaborative leader to join the International Consumer Interactive team. As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and execution of the product strategy to accelerate and scale growth across international markets. You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that helps to build and manage TU's flagship digital credit health and monitoring, and identity protection products, and latest innovation projects, for our Direct-to-consumer (DTC), Mobile and Indirect-to-consumer products.

This role has broad exposure collaborating across cross-regional initiatives, supporting the development and execution of strategies, and building product management best practices across markets. This role collaborates across the central and international regional teams and US teams working closely with partners across business, product, development, and design. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment throughout the product lifecycle to transform the Consumer end-to-end digital product solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- A commercial mindset with experience in product lifecycle management and go to market processes for consumer-facing solutions.
- Minimum of 8+ years' experience from one of the following areas: B2B2C, Saas, direct to consumer solutions, product management, digital financial services, and/or other similar fields.
- Strong product management discipline with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, managing product portfolios, converting ideation into execution.
- Strong financial services business background preferred.
- Experience defining and implementing roadmaps using agile methodology.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- Outstanding presentation skills and ability to work across functions and levels of seniority.
- Given the international purview of this role, there may be a requirement to work outside of regular business hours from time to time.
- Implement the product roadmap for International and collaborate with the regions to drive efficiencies through applying the agile framework.
- Enjoy the entire product life cycle, including strategy, requirements, delivery, go to market, and continuous improvement of CI products. You will become an expert in our market and technology, understanding customer problems, synthesizing needs, and defining innovative solutions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for products under management, help establish the product positioning for the markets you serve and optimize the development of Consumer Interactive products for each market's unique position.
- Guide the product and regional teams in gathering and document solution requirements via primary research, customer and market VOC to effectively drive product development.
- Work across International and US product and platform teams to accelerate sharing of intellectual property, defining the next generation product strategy and roadmap for Consumer Interactive across the customer lifecycle and supporting the best-in class playbook including product features, pricing, bundling, upselling, and user experience.
- Support TU's efforts to maximize the scalability of our global solution initiatives by building and tailoring Consumer Interactive solutions to meet the needs of our markets.
- Build a product manager community across International with best practices and industry standards regarding the product lifecycle and delivery.
- Utilize strong quantitative and analytical skills to monitors and analyze product performance KPIs and financials, customer feedback, and partner with regions/analytics to deliver monthly reports and dashboards that provide clarity and transparency across products under management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, influencing PI planning objectives via acceptance processes, identifying gaps and enablers for prioritization of Initiatives and Features delivery.
- In the case of new market expansion or in nascent markets, this position will provide leadership and support in any area of product management including business assessment, product analysis and process development
