ElevenLabs is a growth-stage startup that has built the most advanced AI voice models and AI voice products (text to speech audiobooks creation dubbing and the voice library). We launched in January 2023 and have since reached over 1 million users and partnered with the world’s largest publishers (The New Yorker The Washington Post The Atlantic) media companies (Super Hi-Fi D-ID Futuri) and gaming studios (Paradox Cloud Imperium Games Don’t Nod). About the role

• As an AI Researcher you will work on developing and advancing state-of-the-art audio AI models serving across the full audio sweet including text-to-speech voice design dubbing sound effects and music.

• You will collaborate with a team of the top AI researchers in the world to push the boundaries of audio AI improving both model performance and efficiency.

• You will have the opportunity to prototype and experiment with new approaches working closely with our product and engineering teams to bring innovations to production.

• You will be working on implementing the model for real use-cases.

What you bring

• Strong technical background in machine learning AI or a related field with a focus on deep learning and generative models & proven record of implementing these to real use-cases.

• Expertise in audio AI or related domains with a track record of working on text-to-speech ASR or similar models in real-world applications.

• Proficiency in research methodologies and familiarity with the latest advancements in AI with the ability to translate cutting-edge research into practical applications.

• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch TensorFlow).
