Position Overview

We're seeking an innovative Video Editor who will combine AI video generation technologies with professional editing expertise to create compelling advertising content at scale. This role represents the cutting edge of digital advertising, bridging traditional video editing skills with emerging AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Master AI video generation tools and develop effective prompting strategies to create initial video content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

* Apply professional video editing techniques to enhance, refine, and polish AI-generated content using industry-standard editing software

* Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all video advertisements while scaling content production

* Optimize video content for various social media platforms and advertising channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective video content

* Ensure all delivered content meets quality standards and advertising requirements across platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ years of professional video editing experience with proven portfolio

* Proficiency in professional video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

* Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices

* Experience with social media video content creation and platform-specific requirements

* Excellent eye for detail and ability to maintain high quality standards

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with AI video generation tools and prompt engineering

* Understanding of current AI technologies in creative production

* Background in digital advertising or content creation

* Knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
