About the Role

We're seeking a revenue-driven Alliance Manager based out of Singapore to explode Alteryx's growth across Asia by architecting game-changing partnerships with a particular focus on Hong Kong and Taiwan. This is not a typical alliance role - we need a high-impact performer who can transform partner relationships into a powerful revenue generation engine.

Your Mission

Aggressively build and leverage a partner ecosystem with a select number of regional system integrators and consulting partners that will at least 5x our market penetration, turning strategic relationships into a competitive weapon that dramatically accelerates our revenue and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Transformation: Architect partnership models explicitly designed to generate breakthrough sales growth, with clear, ambitious revenue targets
  • Partner Ecosystem Engineering: Identify and cultivate alliance partners who can become exponential revenue multipliers for Alteryx
  • Sales Acceleration: Design and implement partner enablement programs that directly and measurably increase sales velocity and deal size
  • Market Penetration: Develop targeted strategies to rapidly expand Alteryx's footprint in our focus markets
  • Opportunity Orchestration: Create integrated go-to-market approaches that align partner capabilities with Alteryx's most lucrative market opportunities
  • Performance Optimization: Implement rigorous tracking and optimization mechanisms to continuously improve partner performance and revenue generation
  • Ecosystem Intelligence: Provide actionable market insights that inform our broader Asia Pacific growth strategy

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of demonstrable success driving sales and partnerships in technology
  • Proven track record of developing partnerships that generate measurable revenue impact
  • Deep network of relationships in Asia's technology and consulting ecosystem
  • Exceptional ability to close complex, high-value partnership deals
  • Proven success in creating and scaling partner revenue programs
  • Native-level understanding of business dynamics in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore
  • Fluency in English and local languages (Mandarin, Cantonese strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent professional experience
  • A high level of travel is to be expected.
