Spreetail/BBE is seeking an Advertising Strategy Manager to join our team. In this high impact role reporting to the Sr Director of Marketing, you will help build processes that serve our clients, help our advertising managers have clarity, and enable us to review/manage the team, while finding opportunities to improve our performance.  We expect you will find ~$1M+ of GMV opportunities and drive $200K+ of Margin Improvement by ‘finding opportunities’ and scaling processes/management mechanisms to ensure we’re systematically identifying the biggest ad optimization opportunities and execute on them.


How you will achieve success: 
  • You develop and implement advertising strategies that align with the goals and objectives of our clients. 
  • You research and identify the best channels, platforms, and formats to reach the target audience and maximize the return on investment. 
  • You monitor and evaluate the performance of the brands using various metrics and tools, to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • You collaborate with other teams, such as creative, media, and account management, to ensure the quality and consistency of the advertising deliverables. 
  • You stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the advertising industry, and share your knowledge and expertise with the team. 


  • What experiences will help you in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in advertising strategy, planning, or buying, preferably in an agency setting. 
  • Experience leading teams with a successful record of accomplishment in achieving goals and KPIs 
  • Proficient in using various advertising platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Criteo, etc. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
