The Manager Demand Center Role

The Manager Demand Center will be effective performance management of the various Business/Lead Development (BDR) teams.  Coordinating execution with external stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales and Operations groups. And supporting the efficient rollout (adoption) of new tools and processes for smarter engagement strategies. They will work with key stakeholders from Sales Leads, Marketing and Operations.

What makes this role interesting?

• 2-5 years Manager experience in Inside Sales / Lead Development; preferably with technical or software companies with proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
• Strong operational and project management experience. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple initiatives
• Mentoring, performance development, onboarding experience
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills required and an ability to collaborate
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills required
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to get things done
• Thrive in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive performance and optimization recommendations

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• Bachelor equivalent mandatory, Master or MBA equivalent preferable
• Other relevant languages would be a plus
• 2-5 years Management or Managing Managers Experience
• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience with prospecting tools and techniques (Salesloft/Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)

The location for this role is:

• USA- King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA
• Remote work will be considered

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 117,061.00 USD MIN –$125,400.00 USD MAX per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $ 50,169.00 USDMIN- $83,600.00 USD MAX subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
